Gearstick extension system to move the gearstick back 5" in kit cars using type 9 gearboxes.
No loss of feel, or accuracy and can be used with our quick shift gearstick kits.
Fitting Instruction:
1. Unbolt gearstick from gearbox, remove black clip that sits on the gear selector shaft.
2. Refit black clip to remote extension selector shaft.
3. Remove core plug from rear of gearbox.
4. Fit remote extension through rear of gearbox and hook over and onto the gear selector shaft. Bolt down remote where gearstick used to fit.
5. Refit gearstick to remote extension.
